Bihar Board 12th Result 2018 ! BSEB Class XII (Intermediate) Results


Bihar school examination Board (BSEB) conducted class 12th examination (Annual) from 14th Feb to 25 Feb 2017. Usually the authority declares in the last days of month may or in the starting week of june.

45 days of evaluation period is soon going to over and board is on verge to announce class 12th result 2018. Like previous year it was declared on the right time with no delay. Our team is sure that this year the authority will declare result at the right time.

Last year Intermediate result was announced on 30th May and only 35.25% of students passed.

Board declares three streams result on a single day which are Science, Arts and Commerce. So the candidates can check their results according to their stream wise.

All of you know that board organize 12th exam twice in a year one in the month of February/March (Annual Exam) & another one in the month of August/September (Supplementary Exam).

Intermediate Annual exam result for year 2018 going to declare so it’s to inform you all candidates that keep your admit card ready to enter eight digit roll number, five digit roll code or name wise to check your result.

The only way to check your score card or result is online on the official website

It’s good If you get your status pass otherwise you will need to apply for Matric compartment and clear exam next time.

How To Check Result Online on Mobile & Desktop

  • Visit the official website
  • Now hover on Results Tab and Click/Tap “X & XII Results 2018”.
  • When you click/tap on the above option then you will be redirected to the result page
  • Here you need to click/tap “Intermediate Examination (Arts) or (Science) or (Commerce) Result 2018”. Candidates can click/tap according to their streams.
  • Now you are on result page where you can check your result online by entering your seven digit roll no, five digit roll code or Name to check your result.

Points to remember

  • Candidates to inform that carefully read the score card and check your personal details written on the scorecard (Name, Father’s Name, Faculty etc.)
  • If your result does not load then wait for few minutes, may be the server is too busy due to heavy traffic load on one time.
  • Scorecard shown online is just for immediate information to the candidates, the scorecard will not consider as original/valid. You will get your original mark sheet from your school. 
  • You can get a printout of your result for further use.

How To Calculate Percentage

Add your practical marks and Theory 1 marks of all subjects (eg. Practical (30) + Theory 1 (27) = 57)
Then use this formula “Marks obtained / Total Marks * 100 (408/600*100=68%) You obtain Ist division.

Passing marks are given on your score card. If you have marks below than those figures then you will consider as fail.

Note: 33% to 44% = IIIrd division, 45% to 59% = IInd division, 60% to 100% = Ist division, Below 33% = FAIL

About BSEB

Bihar school examination board (BSEB) founded in 1952 at Patna. This is Autonomous body under State Education Department governed by Government of Bihar. It’s located on Sinha Library Road, Patna - 800017, Bihar. It has two official languages English and Hindi.

Anand kishor, IAS is the chairman of this board and Anup kumar sinha is secretary.

Along with school examinations, it also conducts departmental examinations such as Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) for Bihar state, Simultaltala Residential Entrance Examinations, Examination for Diploma in Elementary Education etc.

The board conducts secondary and senior secondary school examinations twice a year. One is the annual board examinations in February–March and the other is a supplementary examination held in August–September of every year.
