Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi & English.

आइये तो समय बर्बाद न करते हुए Topic शुरू करते हैं | 

वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल (Present Perfect Continuous Tense)

जहाँ कार्य भूतकाल में किसी निश्चित समय पर शुरू हुआ हो और वर्तमान में भी जारी हो वहाँ वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल (Present Perfect Continuous Tense) होता है | 

अन्य शब्दों में, इस काल में कोई कार्य भूतकाल में प्रारम्भ होकर वर्तमान काल में भी चलता रहता है | 

ऐसे वाक्यों में समय को दर्शाने के लिए For या Since का Use होता है | यदि वाक्य में समय निश्चित हो तो Since का प्रयोग होता है और यदि समय निश्चित न हो तो For का Use करते हैं | 

इन वाक्यों के अंत में भी वर्तमान निरंतर काल (Present Continuous Tense) के तरह रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं शब्दों का प्रयोग होता है | बस ख़ास बात यह है की यहाँ समय दिया होता है | 

उदाहरण (Example)

1. मैं पिछले दो  निबंध लिख रही हूँ | (I have been writing letter since last 2 hours.)
2. एन.एच 9 पर एक साल से निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है | (Construction work has been going on for one year on NH 9.)

मुख्य क्रिया (Main Verb)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense में Verb की I Form के साथ ing का प्रयोग किया जाता है | 

सहायक क्रिया (Helping Verb)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense में Singular Subjects के साथ Has Been और Plural Subjects के साथ Have Been का प्रयोग किया जाता है |

वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल के प्रयोग (Uses Of Present Perfect Continuous Tense)

• ऐसा कार्य जो भूतकाल में शुरू होकर वर्तमान काल में भी जारी हो | 

1. वह सुबह से परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहा है | 
1. He has been preparing for the exam since morning.

2. मजदूर दिन भर से सड़क निर्माण कार्य करते रहे हैं |
2. The laborers have been doing road construction work since the day.

3. गृह मंत्री पूरे दिन कैबिनेट की बैठक लेते रहे हैं।
3. The Home Minister has been taking cabinet meeting for the whole day.

• वह कार्य जो बिलकुल अभी पूरा हुआ हो या होने वाला हो 

1. मैं अभी सैंडविच बना रहा हूँ | 

1. I have just been making the sandwich. 

2. प्राचार्य छात्रों को संबोधित कर रहे हैं | 

2. Principal has been addressing the students. 

3. कुत्ता अजनबियों पर भौंक रहा है।

3. The dog has been barking on the strangers.

• दोहराया जाने वाला कार्य जो भूतकाल से शुरू होकर वर्तमान काल में भी होता रहे | 

1. मैं बचपन से गाती आ रही हूं।

1. I have been singing since childhood.

2. वे दस साल से लगातार हर दो साल में बालाजी मंदिर जा रहे हैं।

2. They have been going to Balaji temple continuously every two year for ten years.

3. श्री प्रकाश 2010 से कविताएं लिख रहे हैं।

3. Mr. Prakash has been writing poems since 2010.

वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल के सांकेतिक शब्द (Signal Words Of Present Perfect Continuous Tense)

all day, the whole day, throughout the day, since, for, how long जैसे शब्द वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल के सांकेतिक शब्द होते हैं | 

वर्तमान पूर्ण-निरंतर काल में वाक्यों के प्रकार (Types Of Sentences In Present Perfect Continuous Tense)

1. सकरात्मक वाक्य (Affirmative Sentence)
2. नकरात्मक वाक्य (Negative Sentence)
3. प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य (Interrogative Sentence)
4. प्रश्नवाचक- नकरात्मक वाक्य (Interrogative- Negative Sentence)

सकरात्मक वाक्य (Affirmative Sentence)

सकरात्मक वाक्यों को साधारण वाक्य भी कहते हैं | इन वाक्यों में has been/ have been के साथ verb की I form का Use करते हैं |

Formula

Subject + has been/ have been + verb I Form + ing + object. 

1. विपक्ष पूरे दिन संसद भवन के बाहर धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहा है।

1. The opposition has been protesting outside the parliament house for the whole day.

2. मरीज को पिछले दो दिनों से दस्त की शिकायत हो रही है।

2. The patient has been complaining of diarrhea for the last two days.

3. तीन घंटे से लुटेरे गहने की दुकान में लूटपाट कर रहे हैं।

3. The robbers have been looting the jewelry shop for three hours.

4. मेरे पति एक घंटे से जीटीए-सैन-एंड्रियास खेल रहे हैं।

4. My husband has been playing GTA-SAN-Andreas for an hour.

5. कांवड़ यात्रा कई सालों से चल रही है।

5. The kanwar yatra has been going on for many years.

6. वह कई सालों से योग का अभ्यास कर रही हैं।

6. She has been practicing yoga for many years.

7. मैं पिछले 2 घंटे से अपने रिश्तेदारों का रेलवे स्टेशन पर इंतजार कर रहा हूं।

7. I have been waiting for my relatives on railway station since last 2 hours.

8. वह टमाटर का सूप खाता रहा है।

8. He has been eating tomato soup.

नकरात्मक वाक्य (Negative Sentences)

नकरात्मक वाक्यों में किसी कार्य के नहीं होने पता लगता है | Present Perfect Continuous Tense में Negative Sentence बनाने के लिए has been/ have been के साथ not का प्रयोग करके वाक्य बनाये जाते हैं | 

Formula

Subject + hasn't been/ haven't been + verb I form + ing + object. 

1. छात्र सुबह से पढ़ नहीं रहे हैं।

1. Students haven't been studying since morning.

2. पीएम एक घंटे से देश को संबोधित नहीं कर रहे हैं।

2. PM hasn't been addressing the nation for an hour.

3. कल रात से तेज बारिश नहीं हो रही है।

3. It has not been raining heavily since last night.

4. वे एक साल से बालाजी मंदिर नहीं जा रहे हैं।

4. They haven't been going to Balaji temple since a year.

5. वह 5 घंटे से सड़क पर खड़ा नहीं हो रहा है।

5. He has not been standing on the road for 5 hours.

6. छोटा बच्चा सुबह से रो नहीं रहा है | 

6. The little baby has not been crying since morning.

7. वे चारों दोस्त कुछ सालों से साथ नहीं घूम रहे हैं | 

7. Those four friends have not been hanging out together for a few years.

8. शरारती लड़के पूरे दिन से नहीं पढ़ रहे हैं | 

8. Naughty boys have not been studying for the whole day.

प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य (Interrogative Sentences)

जब वाक्यों में प्रश्न पूछने का अर्थ आये तो ऐसे वाक्यों को प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य कहा जाता है | Present Perfect Continuous Tense में has/ have को subject से पहले लगाकर वाक्य बनाया जाता है | 

Formula

Has/ have + subject + been + verb I form + ing + object.

1. क्या वह कुछ मिनटों से सूप खा रही है ?

1. Has she been eating soup for a few minutes ?

2. क्या वे दिन भर से उनसे बहस कर रहे हैं ?

2. Have they been arguing with them for all day ?

3. क्या एक घंटे से भारी बारिश हो रही है ?

3. Has it been raining heavily for an hour ?

4. क्या आप नगर निगम को शिकायत पत्र लिखते रहे हैं ?

4. Have you been writing a complaint letter to the Municipal Corporation ?

5. क्या वह सुबह से सो रहा है ?

5. Has he been sleeping since morning ?

6. क्या वे कुछ समय से मुझ पर दाखिले के लिए विचार कर रहे हैं ?

6. Have they been considering me for admission for sometime ?

7. क्या भारतीय नौसेना कुछ महीनों से नई पनडुब्बी पर काम कर रही है ?

7. Has the Indian navy been working on a new submarine for a few months ?

8. तुम कब से यहाँ मेरा इंतज़ार कर रहे हो ?

8. How long have you been waiting for me here ?

प्रश्नवाचक- नकरात्मक वाक्य (Interrogative- Negative Sentence)

जब किसी प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य में किसी काम के नहीं होने का पता लगता है तो उस वाक्य को प्रश्नवाचक- नकरात्मक वाक्य (Interrogative- Negative Sentence) कहा जाता है | 

Formula

Hasn't/ haven't + subject + been + verb I form + ing + object.

or

Has/ have + subject + not been + verb I form + ing + object.

1. क्या तुम यहाँ एक घंटे से मेरा इंतज़ार नहीं कर रहे थे ?

1. Haven't you been waiting for me here for an hour ?

2. क्या वह अपने कमरे को इतने समय से रंग नहीं रही है ?

2. Has she not been painting her room for so long ?

3. क्या हम दो घंटे से मूवी नहीं देख रहे हैं ?

3. Have we not been watching movie since two hours ?

4. क्या यह कुत्ता कुछ घंटों से नहीं भौंक रहा है ?

4. Has this dog not been barking for a few hours ?

5. क्या वह शाम से परीक्षा के लिए अध्ययन नहीं कर रहा है ?

5. Has he not been studying for the examination since evening ?
